The Next.js API stores the PDF in Vercel Blob, writes a job row in Neon, and starts a Workflow. Modal runs Docling and writes a Markdown file. Every API call needs the API secret. Poll the job ID until the download link is ready.

Convert PDF to Markdown

Enter the API secret, then upload a digital PDF. The API stores the file, returns a job ID, and Docling writes Markdown in the background. Max 30 pages and 20 MB. OCR is off.
